This machine uses flour as the main raw material, mixing with water, oil, starch, and other ingredients into the batter; pour the batter into the mold, press the mold, and heat for one to two minutes to form cones.
 
How to Operate Ice Cream Cone Wafer Biscuit Making Machine
1. Place this equipment on a flat ground and connect it to a power supply with a voltage of 220 volts or 380 volts.
2. Pre-adjust the baking temperature on the temperature controller. The new machine generally temporarily sets the upper mold to 220°C and the lower mold to 200°C.

3. Energizes to raise the temperature until it reaches the set temperature (about 30-40 minutes), pour the mixed batter into the lower mold.
4. Then combine the upper and lower molds. Wait one or two minutes for baking, ice cream cones are formd.
5. Pull up the upper mold, then open the lower mold, the ice cream cone will automatically fall and slide out from the right exit.

Trial Baking:
Lift the upper mold, push the lower mold open, wipe clean the rust-preventing oil and dirt remaining in each cavity and upper mold, and spray mold release oil (edible atomized silicone oil or refined degreasing oil) evenly. Close the lower mold, use the feeder to add batter to each cavity, cover the upper mold, and set the time to 90 seconds as the baking cycle. When the electric bell reports the news, the mould can be opened.

Note: If the cone is raw (or tender), the baking time should be extended, if it is burnt, shorten the time. If the upper old and the lower tender, or the inner coke grows outside, the temperature of the upper or lower mold should be increased or decreased separately as appropriate.
